By entering SunnySprouts Playpark premises, participating in our activities, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our facilities or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, children, and users of our facilities. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children under their supervision comply with these Terms.

2. Use of Facilities

Safety Requirements

• All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
• Age restrictions apply to certain play areas and equipment
• Proper attire is required - closed-toe shoes mandatory, no loose jewelry
• Food and beverages from outside are not permitted in play areas
• Visitors must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions

Prohibited Activities

• Roughhousing, fighting, or aggressive behavior
• Climbing on equipment not designated for climbing
• Bringing pets or animals (except registered service animals)
• Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol on premises
• Photography or videography of other visitors without consent

3. Admission and Pricing

Admission fees are clearly posted at our entrance and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Special pricing may apply for birthday parties, group bookings, and educational programs.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not comply with our safety requirements or these Terms of Service. No refunds will be provided for refused admission due to non-compliance.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with recreational activities. While we maintain our equipment to the highest safety standards and provide trained supervision, physical activities inherently involve risk of injury.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their children at all times
• Ensuring children follow safety rules and age restrictions
• Monitoring their child's physical capabilities and limitations
• Seeking immediate medical attention for any injuries

SunnySprouts Playpark, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

5. Health and Safety Protocols

We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all visitors. Our health and safety protocols include:

• Regular sanitization of all play equipment and surfaces
• Daily safety inspections of all facilities
• Trained first aid personnel on-site during operating hours
• Clear emergency procedures and evacuation routes
• Compliance with all Canadian health and safety regulations

Visitors showing signs of illness should not enter the facility. We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if they appear unwell or pose a health risk to others.

6. Birthday Parties and Private Events

Special terms apply to birthday parties and private events:

• Reservations must be made in advance with a deposit
• Party hosts are responsible for the behavior of all attendees
• Decorations must be approved by management
• Outside food may be permitted in designated party areas only
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in your booking agreement

7. Educational Programs

Our educational programs and workshops have additional requirements:

• Pre-registration is required for all programs
• Age-appropriate participation is mandatory
• Materials and supplies are included in program fees
• Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment
• Make-up sessions may be offered for weather-related cancellations

8. Website and Online Services

Use of our website and online booking services is subject to these additional terms:

• Accurate information must be provided for all bookings
• Online payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email
• Website content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced
• We use cookies to enhance your online experience

9. Photography and Media

By visiting our facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify our staff upon arrival.

Visitors may take personal photos and videos for private use but may not photograph or record other visitors without their explicit consent.

10. Lost and Found

SunnySprouts Playpark is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We maintain a lost and found service for 30 days, after which unclaimed items may be donated to charity. Valuable items should not be left unattended in our facilities.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage visitors to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes that may affect their use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our facilities shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
